Looking to switch to non-toxic household cleaners but skeptical about their effectiveness? The Washington Post recently ran an article comparing several green alternatives to Lysol and 409, from furniture polish to granite countertop cleaner. The article is informative and interesting and most notably for me, referenced a "none too natural citrus scent" found in Seventh Generation. Hm. I've heard a lot lately about the potential problems of "citrus" found in these non-toxic cleaners--I vow to get to the bottom of it in a forthcoming blog.
